The Film Exchange is coming to the Birmingham metro area..
Eligible students across six counties in Southeast Alabama are invited to create an original 1-3 minute response to this year’s prompt, Dear Future.
Selected films will screen at the Wiregrass Film Exchange Festival in Dothan on November 17. Winning filmmakers will advance into the January - May 2027 Fellowship.
Six filmmakers will receive a $3,000 creative package and a seat in the 2027 Magic City Film Exchange Fellowship.
What Can You Win?
Any high school student in Blount, Cullman, Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair County, Tuscaloosa, or Walker County, Alabama
